Provide for cold foods to be held at 41F or below and hot foods to be held at 140F or above 750.120. *Cold foods were thrown away and chicken tenders were reheated (were out only a 20 minutes). Observed food buckets in walk-in without label. Provide for all cooling potentially hazardous foods to be labeled with the date and time that the cooling process began 750140. Next Inspection
Observed the Pans of food on floor in walk-in freezer. Provide for all food products to be stored at least six inches off of the floor 750.130. Next Inspection
Observed the following scoops to be stored improperly: 1. Scoop in rice bin with no handle. 2. Scoop handle in flour. Provide suitable dispensing utensils to be used by employees that can be washed, rinsed, and sanitized 750.280. *Proper scoop was put in rice and scoop handles were taken moved out of food. Immediate/Onsite

Tape on door shelf of fridge with microwave on it. 4. Torn gaskets on prep coolers. 5. Cardboard on floor. 6. Rusting shelves in walk-in cooler. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent, corrosive resistant, and light colored 750.600. Next Inspection
